Bloom into your second spring

Menopause is more than a hormonal shift. It’s an emotional, psychological and biological transformation.

Start Your Journey

Welcome to your midlife bloom

The menopausal experience is not merely a biological event.

It is a profound psychobiological transformation that touches every layer of a woman's being. As oestrogen and other sex hormones decline, the nervous system, neuroendocrine pathways, and emotional terrain begin to shift often in ways that feel overwhelming, or even like a crisis of identity.

Nearly 80% of women report distressing symptoms during the menopausal transition from hot flashes and disrupted sleep to mood changes, low libido, brain fog, urogenital discomfort, and bone density loss.

These changes ripple into work, relationships, creativity, and self-worth affecting not just the body, but the whole lived experience of womanhood.

Trauma-Informed Lens

From a trauma-informed lens, these shifts are not "just hormonal."

They are portals of awakening invitations for attuned, compassionate care. Menopause reveals the deeper layers held in the body: nervous system patterns shaped by early attachment, unprocessed grief, emotional suppression, and core beliefs adapted for survival.

Compassionate Inquiry®

As a Compassionate Inquiry® practitioner I've learned from my teacher Dr. Gabor Maté that nearly 80% of autoimmune conditions affect women, a powerful reflection of the link between trauma, physiology, and emotional repression. In menopause, this connection comes sharply into view, asking not to be fixed, but to be felt and understood.

My work isn’t about hormone levels or symptom management, its about the bigger story of how, whilst menopause may feel like a breakdown, its actually a breakthrough, and when you have the right support, it can be the most liberating experience of your life.

As hormones Fall, It Impacts Key Neurotransmitters

SEROTONIN - Mood, Sleep, Emotional Regulation.

GABA (anxiety and calm)

Cortisol (inflammation and chronic stress)

DOPAMINE - Motivation, Focus, Reward.

Oxytocin - Connection And Trust.

This is why so many symptoms feel emotional, cognitive, spiritual, not just physical. The body is not breaking down it is breaking open.

Menopause is a reckoning a neuroendocrine and soul-level metamorphosis.

It's not something to fix it's something to feel, honour, and reclaim.

How I support you

REGULATE

Through mindful somatic therapy and self compassion, I help retrain the nervous system, build emotional resilience and restore coherence between mind and body.

RECLAIM

Compassionate Inquiry gently explores how emotional stories live through the body, and the thumb prints it leaves on the nervous system shaped by earlier attachment, stress/trauma, and inherited patterns.

RADIANCE

Bloom into the wisdom of your second spring, through reconnecting with the intelligence of the body and the truth it holds, embody your life with authentic radiance.

Here we don't medicate your emotions or pathologise your process, we meet you where you are with gentleness and depth.

This is the work for the cycle breakers.

The soul rememberers.

The women reclaiming their bodies, stories, and sacred becoming.

This is the beginning of your bloom.
